Quotes and Payments

All prices will be confirmed before work starts.

A deposit or full payment may be required before a project begins. Any remaining balance must be paid before the final website is published, transferred, or handed over.

Monthly care plans must be paid on time to keep support, maintenance, and related services active.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, branding, business details, login access, domain access, and approvals needed to complete the project.

Delays in providing required materials may delay the project timeline.

The client confirms that any content, images, logos, or materials they provide are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.

Website Content

Omnexa DL may help structure, edit, or improve website text, but the client remains responsible for checking that all business information, pricing, services, legal details, and claims are accurate before the website goes live.

Revisions

Projects may include a set number of revisions, depending on the package or agreement confirmed with the client.

Additional revisions, major design changes, new pages, new features, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Project Timelines

We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe, but timelines may vary depending on client response times, content availability, platform issues, or changes requested during the project.

Omnexa DL is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late approvals, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

Websites may be built or managed using third-party platforms such as Wix, domain providers, hosting services, analytics tools, booking systems, payment providers, or form providers.

Clients understand that these platforms have their own terms, pricing, features, and limitations. Omnexa DL is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, restrictions, technical issues, or platform decisions outside our control.

Website Care Plans

Website care plans may include support such as minor updates, monitoring, maintenance, backups, or general assistance, depending on the plan agreed.

Care plans do not include full redesigns, major new pages, advanced development, paid advertising, full SEO campaigns, or large content changes unless agreed separately.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project or care plan by contacting Omnexa DL.

Payments already made may not be refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly care plans can be cancelled before the next billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Because website work involves time, planning, design, setup, and labour, refunds may not be available once work has started or once a project has been delivered.

Ownership

Once full payment has been received, the client owns the final website content and design created specifically for their business, unless otherwise agreed.

Omnexa DL may retain ownership of internal processes, templates, systems, tools, reusable design methods, and general know-how used to deliver the project.

Portfolio Use

Unless the client requests otherwise, Omnexa DL may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials as an example of past work.

Limitation of Liability

Omnexa DL aims to provide professional and reliable services, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as increased sales, enquiries, rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Omnexa DL is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, platform outages, or issues caused by third-party services.

Website Accuracy

We try to keep our website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We may update our services, pricing, website content, or these terms at any time.
